At Timberland, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original shoebox is included if applicable.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
